If you haven't been under a rock recently, you know that we are in perhaps the biggest Seller's markets ever known.  So I'll ask you... are you in a bidding war for a home?  Do you know there is a home coming on the market (that you LOVE btw) but you also know there will be A LOT of interest?  A contract escalation will be required to win, but it's not clear just how much over ask will win, or even make sense!
